ROM-6881 Watchdog

The tool “wdt” enable watchdog, eat it 100 times then let it alone.
Run the following command, check whether ROM-6881 will reboot after 20 seconds.
# /tools/test/adv/watchdog/wdt /dev/watchdog 20
