Connect CAN0 and CAN1.（SOM-DB2510 HW Connector：CAN0_1）

Short CAN0_1 Pin header ，Loopback test for example：

CAN0 PIN4->CAN1 PIN14

CAN0 PIN3->CAN1 PIN13
