Internet 组管理协议称为IGMP协议（Internet Group Management Protocol），是因特网协议家族中的一个组播协议。
该协议运行在主机和组播路由器之间。IGMP协议共有三个版本，即IGMPv1、v2 和v3。
1.在内核中添加支持
make menuconfig

2.切换IGMP的版本号
[1]查看当前内核IGMP的版本号
#cat /proc/sys/net/ipv4/conf/eth0/force_igmp_version
#0
0 表示最高有效版本号，目前默认最高版本是V3。
[2]更改版本号
#echo "2" > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/conf/eth0/force_igmp_version

3.使用QTDEMO发包测试
