Connect CAN0 and CAN1.(SOM-DB2510 HW Connector:CAN0_1)

Short CAN0_1 Pin header ,Loopback test for example:

CAN0 PIN4->CAN1 PIN14

CAN0 PIN3->CAN1 PIN13
