Flow and Owner
Checkpoint
1. Advantech will provide a software specification to the customer to confirm all of the functional specifications meet the customer's requirements. The customer needs to sign back and redeem the deposit.
( PM has to confirm the customer has bought enough WISE-Points for this customization service. )
2. Advantech will deliver after the customer has redeemed the WISE-Point balance.
( PM has to confirm the customer has redeemed WISE-Point then release to the customer. )
Delivery
1. Advantech will have a demonstrate for customer. Customer and Advantech will work together to confirm whether all functions meet the previously signed proposal.
2. Advantech will delivery all of software packages after customer redeem WISE-Point.
