Threshold : 20

The count of errors in data transfer via the interface cable as determined by ICRC

1. check SATA Cable 

2. Temp > 40 C

Please check CABLE connection.

Please reduce the ambient temperature to 40 °C or less

Alert 2 : smart05 ( n+1 hr ) - smart05 ( n hrs ) 

Threshold : 10

Count of reallocated sectors.

1. High tempeature > 40C to cause bad     sector

2. External shock environment is too intense caused by abnormal data write,

Please reduce the ambient temperature to 40 °C or less

Alert 3 : smart187 ( n+1 hr ) - smart187 ( n hrs )

Threshold : 10

The count of errors that could not be recovered using hardware ECC

1. Alert2 > 10 && alert3 <10: Software HDD Driver crash.

2. Alert2 > 10 && Alert3 > 10 : Failed to write HDD disk would be damage in 30 days

1.Please try reboot system first.

2.Please back up the hard disk as soon as possible (within 30 days)

Alert 4 : smart197 ( n+1 hr ) - smart197 ( n hrs ) 

Threshold : 10

Count of "unstable" sectors

1. High tempeature > 40C to cause bad     sector

2. External shock environment is too intense caused by abnormal data write,

2. Please reduce the long-term use in dynamic vibration environment

Threshold : 10

The total count of uncorrectable errors when reading/writing a sector

1. Alert4 > 10 && Alert5 <10: Software HDD Driver crash.

2. Alert4 > 10 && Alert5 > 10 : HDD disk would be damage in 30 days

1.Please try reboot system first

2.Please back up the hard disk as soon as possible (within 30 days)

Alert 6 : smart191 ( n+1 hr ) - smart191 ( n hrs ) 

Threshold : 30

The count of errors resulting from externally induced shock and vibration
HDD works at high frequent  vibration

Please reduce the long-term use in dynamic vibration environment

Alert 7 : duration of temperature > 65°C

smart194 HDA temperature > 65°C for 72 hrs ( 259200000 msec )

Current internal temperature. Abnormal high temperature, long-term use of hard disk can not read and write,

Please reduce the ambient temperature to 40 °C or less.

Make sure the fan / cooling system is working properly

Alert8 : duration of temperature < -10°C

smart194 HDA temperature < -10C for 72 hrs ( 259200000 msec )

Current internal temperature. Abnormal low temperature, long-term use of hard disk can not read and write,

Make sure that the ambient temperature is within the range of 0 to 40 °C
