How to re-synchronous threshold rules after reinstall RMM Server

There are two way to re-synchronous the threshold rules after reinstall the RMM Server.

  1. Setup new threshold rules.
  2. Restart RMM Agent.

Setup new threshold rules

       1. Click Hardware Monitoring Rule or Software Monitoring Rule button.

       2. Add new Rule for each plugin.

       3. Click OK button to apply new rules.


Restart RMM Agent

  1. Switch to Power Management tab
  2. Clcik on operation drop-down menu
  3. Select Reboot and wait agent reconnect.
